Heated plates are made of high-quality sheet steel / stainless steel / aluminium with the certified chemical composition of the materials and ultrasonic homogeneity verification.
The plate has drilled and milled channels for the flow of heating medium (thermal oil, water or steam). The channels are interconnected and form a heating field. The corresponding arrangement and the diameter of the channels in the plate provide an efficient heating and steady temperature on the working surface of the plate.

We make Platens as small as 200mm x 200mm for laboratory presses and largest as 3200mm x 9000mm for big lamination or hydraulic presser.

We specialized in heated platens, hot press platens, design and fabrication of hydraulic presses, metal fabrications, prototype projects, large industrial fixture tooling and contract machining.

At present, our main products focus on welding parts, machined parts, industrial pressure platens, guide rods /column/pillar, press roller, calender roller and other machine body with accessories, for the large welded structural parts can be made to a single weight of 15 tons, the thickness of the heating platen and insulation board can be made a tolerance of ±0.1mm from 20mm to 200mm, the rod column can achieve Max. Φ300mm with length in 6 meter, surface with chromed coating by thickness up to 0.07mm.

Quality Control

All plates from Anhui Elite are tested for water permeability under the adequate pressure.
High-quality machining provides appropriate working surface and smoothiness of heating plates.

Packing

After the final inspection, the plates are protected from corrosion.

The plates are packed depending on the transport type.
